Overview

Planck Network is reimagining how AI workloads are deployed by creating a modular, compute-aware blockchain infrastructure that brings GPU power on-chain. In this project, we helped position Planck as a pioneer at the intersection of decentralised AI and DePIN (Decentralised Physical Infrastructure).

Planck Network is redefining how artificial intelligence scales on the blockchain. By merging decentralised infrastructure with GPU-native execution, Planck enables developers, enterprises, and infrastructure providers to access affordable, high-performance compute without reliance on centralised clouds. With over $60M in deployed GPUs and $200M in committed funding, Planck is positioned to become the backbone of decentralised AI.

The Challenge

AI workloads are resource-intensive and traditionally locked into centralised cloud providers. This creates high costs, limited flexibility, and vendor lock-in — particularly challenging for enterprises and start-ups building sovereign AI systems or DePIN networks.

We crafted a narrative that highlights Planck’s two-layer architecture:

  • Planck₀ – a modular Layer-0 blockchain offering shared security, interoperability, and native GPU access, enabling sovereign AI chains and DePIN protocols.
  • Planck₁ – a GPU-native Layer-1 execution environment where smart contracts can schedule, rent, and pay for GPU compute directly on-chain, enabling true compute-as-primitive economies.

Our Approch

From the outset, our focus was on translating Planck’s highly technical vision into a product that feels accessible, credible, and future-ready. We worked closely with their team to:

  • Clarify the story – distilling complex concepts around Layer-0, GPU-native compute, and decentralised AI into clear messaging that speaks to both developers and investors.
  • Define the user value – ensuring the product narrative highlighted tangible benefits for different stakeholders: from developers and enterprises to GPU providers and ecosystem partners.
  • Shape the brand voice – positioning Planck not only as an infrastructure solution, but as a movement towards an open, decentralised AI economy.
  • Focus on scalability – emphasising modularity and interoperability so the messaging matched the product’s forward-looking technical roadmap.

This approach ensured that Planck’s product identity aligned with its technology and investment traction, while remaining simple and engaging enough to resonate with a global audience.
